For those of you who simply can’t wait to watch the movie or if you are just an avid fan, you’re gonna love this! Someone somewhere decided to propose with the book Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince with a surprise cutout showcasing the engagement ring!
Awww….The Unbreakable Vow! So sweet!
It’s just a few weeks away and the part 2 of Deathly Hallows will be in the big screen. Can’t wait!
Oh no, it’s so gloomy again outside! Hope everybody brought their umbrellas!
Here’s just something to cheer up the mood, found this lovely photo from Bunderful shop fromEtsy …
I’d love to have this framed as a wedding gift, yeah?
Just thought I’d dropped by to share with you this new tune. Love Jason Castro’s soft country voice this Thursday afternoon..so close to the weekend. Sigh.
A little excerpt from the chorus:
That’s what I’m here for
That’s what I’m here for
When you need a little less
Or you want a little more
That’s what I’m here for
That’s why I can hold you just as long as you’ll stay
I can tell you what no one would ever say
That it’s all right to admit you were wrong
Before you know it, all the scars will be gone
Plus I found this perfect picture to match the music!
Sing along & give out a happy sigh! ^_^

Step right up! The festivities shall continue! Today is all about the pre-debut shoot for the debutante-to-be. Since the theme is mardi-gras/carnival, we head out to the Mall of Asia (MOA) for the entire day to get both morning & night shots.
Good thing, MOA has a carousel by the bay walk so the whole venue became our playground. Plus its free!
Wwe will be featuring our tandem photographers, of course!

Pretty pretty photos! Stay lovely everyone!
Happy Queen’s Day everyone! And a Happy Monday of course! This week it’s going to be about R&B’s projects for the first quarter of 2011. I haven’t really had the time to compile everything so having this Monday off is just perfect timing.
First off, we had the honor of hosting a Mardi Gras/Carnival-themed 18th birthday at Fiamma Bar last January. Remember this mood board I posted before? Well, we had put out these multicolored invites for all of her guests.
Pretty colors, don’t you think? The concept is somewhat like an enlarged admit one ticket.
The envelopes are like vintage popcorn bags. I wasn’t able to find the red & white stripes so I just settled for the white one. At least it shows off the color of the invite from the inside.
Here’s what you need to create these festive invites:
– Multicolored/Metallic boards
– Vellum paper (for the envelopes)
– Scissors/Paper cutter
– Printer
– Gold strings (for the tag)
Oh, how can I forget about the fonts! I chose mine from Magic Jelly’s collection of her favorites carnival fonts here. The best about it is some of them are free from DaFont.com. Enjoy!
More photos to come, so stay tuned this week!
About R&B
Ruffles&Bells started with my love for drooling over hundreds and thousands of wedding-related blogs…being led from one to another and being inspired by each and every one of them. Wanting to inspire people myself, I’m now starting as a freelance wedding coordinator. I hope that through my posts you’ll be able to find the inspiration and ruffles you need to create your own wedding just the way you wanted it to be.
